High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator
(Full time Term position until February 28th, 2020)

We require a Wraparound Facilitator whose job it is to engage with children, youth and their families; help them to identify a team of supports and facilitate team meetings to achieve individualized goals over the course of Wraparound. High Fidelity Wraparound is a group process.  The successful candidate will receive coaching and training and possess the following:

  •  Have experience in working with children, youth and families with complex needs
  • Understand and be able to work with numerous social service systems
  • Have knowledge and connection to community and professional resources
  • Have strong interviewing and facilitation skills
  • 101 High Fidelity Wraparound Training
  • Understand family systems theory
  • Have knowledge of diversity issues around culture, religion and other orientations.
  • This role requires a flexible shift pattern that will include some evening work and occasional weekend work as well as the willingness to be on call.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Services
  • Experience working with  children, youth and families with complex needs
  • Strong writing, organizational,  program planning and interpersonal skills
  • Current standard First Aid Certification and Suicide Intervention Training
  • Valid Driver’s license and adequate insurance coverage.
  • Current Police and Child Intervention checks (within 6 month)

Salary Range:     $54,090 – $60,101
