ARBI is currently looking for a part time (.8 FTE) Administrative Leader.   We are a community based rehabilitation facility for the brain injured, and are looking for a person to join our team who is ready to share our values and take on exciting challenges.

The Administrative Leader provides senior administrative support to the executive team and Board of Directors.  Further, they will supervise the Administration Team; oversee payroll and benefits administration, and HR matters.

 Our ideal candidate has:

  • Financial Management – Day to day accounting management
  • Payroll – knowledge of Ceridian payroll system required
  • SAGE – in depth working knowledge essential
  • HR experience - Responsible for supervision of administrative assistants, Staff Records maintenance, Benefits administration, and Employment and Human Resources legislation knowledge
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; with the capability to manage information, data and correspondence on multiple levels
  • Experience and knowledge in fund development processes and reconciliation
  • A high level of proficiency using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Track record of detailed work product
  • Ability to identify and implement operational efficiencies                    

Educational Requirements

  • Administrative Professional Certificate or 5 to 7 years related experience
