McMan Youth, Family and Community Services is looking for a Program Supervisor to lead the Community Service programs. This position will be responsible for a cluster of programs which include, the Youth Alternative Program (YAP), Youth Adult Action Club (YAAC), MAPS and Skill Groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a dynamic team and should have related experience in the areas of child/youth development, community collaboration, FASD and group work.  The successful applicant should also possess a strong background in funder reporting, staff supervision and program development. The Program Supervisor is responsible for organizing and coordinating all general aspects of the program (hiring, training, collaborative partnerships, financial management and ongoing reporting) 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A degree/diploma in a Human Services field
  • A good knowledge of FASD, community resources and school/community referral sources.
  • Previous program delivery experience in a similar program environment.
  • The ability to hire, train, evaluate, motivate, mentor, coach and develop a successful staff team utilizing reflective supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, program planning & administrative abilities are required.
  • Supervisory experience managing a dynamic team considered an asset.
  • All applicants must have a vehicle, current Police and Child Welfare check.

Salary Range: $63,304 - $70,338
