Program Supervisor

McMan Calgary is a responsive and innovative partner for building community capacity by supporting over 2300 children, youth, adults and families in a single year. With a continuum of programs that address prevention and intervention, individuals have been successfully empowered to fulfill their potential in the Calgary community.

 

McMan Youth, Family and Community Services is looking for an individual to supervise High Fidelity Wraparound and the PSECA Program. Both programs are part of a collaboration. The successful candidate in this role will possess strong collaborative leadership skills and be a liaison with Children Services staff, supervisors and managers within larger systems as well as the agency. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, program planning, extensive knowledge working with high risk populations as well as having a good understanding of large system mandates. Understanding family systems theory while having a broad life experience and a diverse view of families will be needed.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants will hold a degree/diploma in the Human Services field. Supervisory skills will be an asset
