The Programs

The Adult Housing Reintegration Program (AHRP) provides scattered site housing, harm reduction services and intensive supports to individuals above the age of 18 who are chronically homeless; have repeat involvement with the justice system; and are frequent users of emergency, health, correctional and shelter services.

The Community Re-entry Support Program (CRESP) provides outreach support for individuals transitioning from incarceration to independence. The CRESP team (staff and volunteers) meet with individuals while incarcerated and provide ongoing individualized client support within the community.
