McMan Calgary is a responsive and innovative partner for building community capacity by supporting over 2300 children, youth, adults and families in a single year. With a continuum of programs that address prevention and intervention, individuals have been successfully empowered to fulfill their potential in the Calgary community.

We are looking for an Individual who shares our commitment and vision to support High Fidelity Wraparound. Wraparound refers to a planning process by which families and children and youth with complex needs are empowered to work collaboratively with formal and informal supports to develop a plan that will help the family realize their vision for a better life.       

We require a Wraparound Facilitator whose job it is to engage and partner with the youth and family over the course of Wraparound. The successful candidate will receive extensive training and possess the following:

  • Have experience in working with children and families with complex needs
  • Have broad life experiences with a diverse view of families
  • Understand and be able to work with numerous social service systems
  • Have knowledge and connection to community and professional resources
  • Have strong interviewing and facilitation skills
  • Understand family systems theory
  • Have knowledge of diversity issues around culture, religion and other orientations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Services
  • Experience working with youth and families with complex needs
  • Strong writing, organizational,  program planning and interpersonal skills
  • Current standard First Aid Certification and Suicide Intervention Training
  • Valid Driver’s license and adequate insurance coverage.
  • Current Police and Child Intervention checks

Salary Range:   $50,985 - $56,650 annually on qualifications
