The successful candidate will play a vital role on the finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, the key responsibilities of this position will be to manage the finance process on a day to day basis, prepare monthly program statements and funder working papers, perform variance analysis, complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with quarterly financial reporting. The role will require a high level of adaptability and the ability to multi task, and will lead a small finance team.
