High Fidelity Wraparound is a strength-based, integrated approach to working with families and youth.  It is a well-researched model that is based on the family and youth identifying people who they consider to be helpers in their lives.  This team then supports the family and/or youth to identify their vision, and meet their goals. The model emphasizes the importance of identifying the family’s needs from their perspective, building competence in their ability and confidence in their skills, ultimately achieving self-efficacy.

The High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator will be neutral and guide the family in developing their team, discovering their unique strengths, needs, family culture and coping strategies and ultimately, developing and implementing a wraparound plan.

The successful applicant will have a degree or diploma in a human service, and minimally 3 years experience working with youth and families. The High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator must have a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within an integrated, multi-disciplinary team. As the Facilitator you will have an ability to communicate effectively with youth, parents, community members, and other professionals and have proven facilitation skills. Clear, concise and accurate documentation is expected in this position. Exceptional organizational skills are a must. The successful applicant will be required to work flexible hours to accommodate client meetings.
